Can products be moved from Prom automatically?
Seo-Gen CMS has no import from Prom, because the system pulls data automatically only from WordPress sites. Our team moves products, categories, specifications and photos by hand from the export files, and a person checks every product card.
Can I keep selling on Prom after the move?
Yes, you do not have to leave Prom completely: according to the platform help center, it accepts products by file import or by a link with auto-updates. Whether your own website replaces Prom or runs next to it is the owner's choice, based on where orders come from.
Do I need a paid Prom package to export products?
According to the Prom help center, exporting products and groups is available only on a paid package, and the file link is valid for just 12 hours. If the package has already expired, we collect data from the store pages, and the estimate includes more manual work.
Which languages will the site have after the move?
Prom exports products in Ukrainian and Russian, and we move both versions with separate meta tags for each language. The export has no English texts, so they are prepared separately under the estimate, and the system links language versions with hreflang tags.
